The staff was excellent and an amazing and satisfactory breakfast was provided. The service was superb and the food was excellent. Besides, our parking was nearby. The location was particularly good, for example, Hamamatsu Science Museum was within walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable with breakfast included. The bed is good, really! The property has a great and favourable location, so close to station.

All in all a RELAXING stay, the venue met needs. Appreciatedthe nice meals and amazing and good breakfast. We got the a double room and it was comfy. The venue's position was central.

There was no free car parking at the hotel. , although they had a vending machine for soft drinks, you had to purchase additional tickets for movies.

The hotel is very sensitive, one hears the noise of the street, noises from the adjoining rooms. One hears street noise through the ventilation in the bathroom as loud as if one was on the street

The location of this place is excellent, as there is a nearby restaurant called Unagi Fujita where we can enjoy some delicious food, making it a wonderful choice for a vacation in this area.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. I also liked that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which helped me stay connected with my family back home.
